CES provided due diligence for the site west of US-23, along with topographic and ALTA survey and civil engineering design services for the state-of-the-art Emagine Theatre, north of M-59 and east of US-23.  

CES provided civil engineering design services for this mixed-use redevelopment site, containing three retail and three multi-family apartment buildings on approximately 10 acres in the City of Southfield.

CES provided the topographic survey and civil engineering design services for the expansion of the state of the art Emagine Theatre in Rochester Hills, including the addition of an EMAX screen.
